As a Business Consultant, we assist our clients in evaluating each Individual Growth Opportunity (IGO) that supports the company’s long-term growth goals. Given each IGO will vary in contribution to the company’s growth goal, we help the client evaluate and prioritize each IGO against the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) supporting the strategic plan. Consulting services further includes, helping define specific strategies, tactics, and metrics required to successfully achieve the IGO goal. |

COACHING
As a Business Coach, we work in collaboration with our clients in implementing Individual Growth Opportunity (IGO) strategies, plans, and tactics. Coaching is the most effective level of service in that we partner with our client throughout the implementation process. As an implementation partner we work both as a team member and independently on assigned tactics, participate in update meetings, and evaluate the pre-defined metrics used to measure success; this helps assure the desired goal is attained. |

TRAINING
GAP SOLUTIONS Training Services are often used by our clients in support of the IGO goal(s) defined during our Consulting Phase, although we offer each course as a stand-alone training course.
We cover a variety of business topics and offer the ability to customize each training to the client’s individual need. Customized programs can also be designed to fit a specific need. |
